SEGRO owns and manage modern and well-located big box and urban distribution warehouses, capable of servicing an extraordinary variety of activities and company sizes. We are dedicated to offer well located, high quality, latest generation and sustainable buildings, and to build customer-oriented relationships and services. Since 1920, the SEGRO Group has been creating tailor-made real estate solutions allowing its clients to create and optimise their products and services.

All our new warehouses are certified BREEAM (“Very Good“, “Excellent” or “Outstanding”) and the construction planning, design and architecture are managed by our in-house team of professionals, in order to offer our customers tailor-made buildings addressing their requests.

About Us

SEGRO Italy began its operations in Italy in 2007 through the acquisition of four assets around nord Italy with 150,000 sqm developed.

In 2015, SEGRO acquired part of Vailog, a leading Italian developer in this field, paving the way for SEGRO Italy to enter the development and investment of logistics parks, big boxes, and cross-docking facilities across Northern and Central Italy. Since 2015, SEGRO has developed over 2 million square meters of logistics properties throughout Italy, including Big Box warehouses, City Logistics, and Urban warehouses.
